Warranty Policy

At ATCD Lighting, we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 5-year warranty on all our lighting products and ceiling fans.

• Coverage:
  The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes LED failure, broken parts, or any functional issues caused by manufacturing defects.

• Exclusions:
  The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or discoloration caused by normal wear and tear.

• How to Make a Claim:
  If your product fails within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at sales@atcdstore.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (photos, videos, etc.). Our team will guide you through the claim process.

• Replacement or Repair:
  Once a claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a similar product of equal value.
