At ATCD Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@atcdstore.com with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
Please Note: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
